My client, a global media company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their expanding development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to an enthusiastic and flexible BA who is looking to work within a fluid and dynamic environment. The client is looking for a strong mix of the following experience and skills: - A minimum of 4/5 years commercial experience working on web based applications and development projects. - Competent at multi-tasking and prioritisation across diverse and competing business needs. - An understanding of the systems delivery lifecycle for IT and Internet related technologies. - Significant experience of working to both structured and agile software development methodologies. - Experience working with a wide variety of technologies, 3rd party vendors and coordination of problem resolution across vendors. - Strong analysis and problem solving skills; ability to rapidly analyse, identify and communicate business critical problems within an IT/web environment - Strong team player. - Strong consulting aptitude including customer interaction skills, verbal and written communication skills, self-starting and self-motivation, leadership and facilitation skills, etc. - Excellent customer-facing skills and strong stakeholder management experience. - Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills. - Passion for online and ecommerce � especially creative media (film, TV, broadcast, music) related. - Education to degree standard and/or relevant career experience.
