Job Description:

Helpdesk Support Analyst required by my client, a leading Digital Media Agency based in the City of London. You will be responsible for supporting the Development teams so commercial experience with Windows and Unix Operating Systems is required. Ideally you will have LAMP (Linux) experience as well and another key requirement is IIS. This is a great opportunity to work within an exciting environment with a good opportunity to quickly develop within the firm. Required Skills: - Managing Helpdesk and all incident requests - Supporting Development teams - Windows server 2003/2008 - IIS - Unix/Linux Desirable Skills - Any LAMP environment experience - Understanding of firewalls - Patch management and documenting any new client server set-ups
